Mental Health Toolkit
The toolkits (click on the links below) aim to support the emotional wellbeing of all students. A number of mental health self-care strategies have been included, giving students the tools to look after their own mental welfare. Details of external organisations and their contact details are also signposted, with information on appropriate websites, helplines and apps. Both parents and students can use the booklet to identify relevant support and tools which may help.
